Return Process

Locate your order number and the 'best by' date on your Opopop packaging to help our team identify the specific batch.
- 2.Snap a Photo
If your package arrived damaged or the product is defective, take a quick photo of the issue to include in your request.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our Flavor Squad at support@opopop.com with your order details and a brief description of the issue.
- 4.Resolution
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and issue a store credit, refund, or ship out a fresh replacement immediately.
